About Us
The Armstrong County Family Resource Network (FRN) is a collaborative effort that welcomes the participation of all individuals, parents, families, children, organizations, schools, and communities. We're working together for the families of ArmstrongCounty as a Family Resource Network.
The mission of the Armstrong County Family Resource Network is to strengthen and improve the well being of our children, families and communities.
The Armstrong County Family Resource Network shall:

Actively involve the community in building upon it's strengths to improve the lives of children and families;

Identify the needs of the community and the needs of the family;

Collaborate in addressing critical children's issues by developing and researching programs and funding;

Implement programs that address those issues;

Improve coordination among agencies, schools and families; and,
-
Establish procedures that will improve access to services for families.
